Biography
Tommy has been employed by South Pembrokeshire District Council and then Pembrokeshire County Council after unification for thirty years. Since 2009 he has been the Electrical and Street Lighting Supervisor for the County. In his union role he is Branch Secretary for his Authority, he also chairs the Welsh Local Authorities Committee and the West Wales Area Activists Meeting. He represents West Wales Area Activists Committee on the Welsh Executive Committee. He also represents the Welsh Local Authorities on the National Local Authorities Committee, a role he has undertaken for over twenty years. He is also the Joint Trade Union Representative on the Dyfed Pension Board.Member since
