Biography
Richard Paul is public sector pensions lead at the Universities and Colleges Employers Association (UCEA). Richard is responsible for providing Higher Education employers with technical support on the issues that affect pension provision within the Higher Education sector. His role with UCEA also involves engaging directly with government in relation to policy and regulatory issues in relation to the Teachers’ Pension Scheme and the NHS Pension Scheme. Richard also represents Higher Education employers on the Teachers’ Pension Scheme Advisory Board. Richard's previous experience includes project managing pension schemes through the Pension Protection Fund assessment period and providing secretarial and governance consulting services to Trustee Boards of FTSE250 company DB and DC pension schemes.Member since
