Biography
Kelvin is the ALATS representative on the Scheme Advisory Board. ALATS brings together all the County, District and Unitary Local Authorities as well as Police and Fire Treasurer’s Societies under one umbrella. Kelvin is currently Section 151 Officer of the Officer of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Surrey and in that capacity is Co-chair of the Surrey and Sussex Police Officers’ Pension Board and Chair of the Surrey Police Staff Pension Board. He is also Vice-chairman of the Police and Crime Commissioners’ Treasurer’s Society (PACCTS) which brings together Section 151 officers from Forces across the country. He has had many years’ of pension experience as a Section 151 officer in Local Government and is currently the employer representative on the Pension Fund Committee for the Surrey Pension Fund.Member since
