The full judgment in the Fire Brigades Union and British Medical Association vs HM Treasury Cost Control Mechanism appeal has now been published. The Court of Appeal agreed with the earlier ruling from the High Court (published in March 2023) which ruled in favour of HM Treasury on all grounds.
