Biography
David is an actuary, senior investment consultant and partner and has been with Hymans Robertson for over 24 years. He has worked with LGPS funds across all aspects of investments during his career. David is also Hymans’ Chief Investment Officer (CIO), responsible for setting their investment research agenda, developing thought leadership and understanding the investment needs across the firm. Prior to taking up this role, he was Head of LGPS Investments, developing Hymans’ advice and services for public sector clients.Member since
