Biography
Emma Mayall is the Assistant Director for Administration at the Greater Manchester Pension Fund (GMPF) in the UK. Emma has worked for GMPF for over twenty-five years in various roles, including managing IT systems, leading consolidation projects, and developing new teams and service areas. She now leads the Administration section, where a team of 181 colleagues manage over 440,000 pension accounts. As well as the main function of calculating and paying benefits, this includes managing the Fund’s IT infrastructure, its communications and engagement work, and delivering services to their 600 plus employers. Emma holds a degree in mathematics from the University of Liverpool and has a diploma in payroll and pensions.Member since
